You can sell the chocolates wherever you wish, On Ebay, Amazon, Ebid or any other auction site, On your own website, at Craft and Wedding Fairs, Your own shop, Home Chocolate Parties, Friends, Neighbours and Work Colleagues etc. there is no limits on where you can Market and Sell the products. For example, many of our current re-sellers and dropshippers market the products as effective fundraisers for schools, day nurseries and charities where orders are generally quite large, and generate a substantial profit margin.
  • How much Profit Can I Make? This is one of the most asked questions, the answers is simple, it is entirely upto you how much profit you make but here is a small example. If you sell your customer 50 Personalised Mint Chocolate Neapolitans at £15. (Plus approx £1.65 postage costs if selling on your website or ebay etc) you order the customers personalised chocolates from the dropship section at below standard trade prices, ( Our standard postage charges apply for all dispatched orders to the UK and Ireland) We produce the order and dispatch directly to you, and you keep any profit you make from selling the product to your customer.

Lets re-cap on the profit of the above scenario. You sell for £15 plus postage of £1.65, You order from our site using your unique code at a reduced trade price. Your total income is around £16.65p and your total outlay is around £10 Leaving you a profit of approx £6 + Just for taking, placing and delivering your customers order.

Of course, you can charge your customer as much as you wish for your personalised chocolates, some of our dropshippers are charging upto £20 + per 50 personalised chocolates netting themselves a profit in excess of £10 per order. Using the above example, if you sold one lot of 50 chocolates per day for 7 days you could receive a total cash profit income of £45 + per week, simply for taking, placing and delivering an order for personalised chocolates. Many of our clients are wedding planners and co-ordinators, in these cases, a single order is usually in excess of 150 to 200 neapolitan chocolates per order, so this reaps you a benefit of around £25 or more profit per order, You can of course charge more for your chocolates if you wish, we do not place any restriction of price that you should charge your customers, if you wish to charge £20 for a pack of 50 personalised chocolates, (which for personalised chocolates is still cheap and a fare price for your customer) then you can do so, the more you charge the more profit you make.

  • Is there a limit on the amount of orders I can place in any single period? No, you can place as many orders as you wish for as little or as much quantity as you wish, however our minimum order for personalised neapolitans is 50 personalised chocolates, On the 50grm and 100grm bars there is no minimum order, you can order anything from 1 to 1000s.
  • Is the order sent direct to myself or to my customer? We send your customers order direct to you, you then send/distribute the order to the customer concerned, in fact this is a great way to work because it allows you to add your own receipt or invoice to the order, and even place your own advertising leaflets and flyers or business card in with the order before you pass it to your customer. We can by special request send your customers order direct to your customer, however the customer will know that the order has come from us by the label on the box.
  • Will the customer know that the product did not come direct from me? We provide all our products in packaging with a main label which contains the essential details required by law, such as ingredients, use by dates, Contact details etc, each individual product we supply also includes that information, this is required by law. We place your business name or phone number or web address onto all orders you place, so on the face of it, your customers and potential customers can see that the product came direct from you. You may remove the product from its main Outer packaging ( but not from any main inner packaging) All outer packaging of our products contain wrapper factory branded labels, but any inner packaging is left plane for you to add your own label, the products are supplied with ingredients and use by dates by law and these details are provided on each individual product wrapping.
  • How do I have the order delivered direct to my customer? When you purchase your order, your order will come through to us labelled as dropship along with your dropship registration number, you simply request that the order is sent direct to your customer by providing your customers name and address in the additional delivery address box before checkout. If no address is supplied in the notes box we will always dispatch the order to the verified registered address (your address) for you to re-distribute to your customer.

  • How do I make a purchase? First you need to be a registered re-seller, wedding planner or dropshipper of Wrapper Factory Products, there is a One-Off registration fee of £12.99 to become a dropshipper, you will also need to supply us with proof of trading, for example, if you have a genuine website you can provide the address for us to check, we also take steps to check that you are a genuine trader or intended trader. The registration fee, as mentioned before, is non refundable. Your registration fee will give access to special discount trade prices off our standard trade rates throughout our site, you will also receive this discount even ordering raw product and supplies from our wholesale section. You will receive access to our downloadable full colour design catalogue so you are able to print as many copies as you wish in order to show your customers the designs which are availble for our products, you will also receive access to our re-seller sample packs, these are sample packs of chocolate neapolitans, 50 grm and 100grm size chocolate bars which can contain between 3 and 18 chocolates per pack, the reason the packs are small is to allow for specific targeted product samples to be ordered. These will be a great help to you as you will be able to show your customers actual samples of the chocolates so that they can see the quality of the product, however it is not compulsory to purchase sample packs. In some case for online re-sellers there is no need to purchase sample packs as all your sales may be generated online without actually seeing the customer personally.
  • Why do I have to Register and Pay a Dropship Fee? The fee helps us to eliminate time wasters, we know then, that only those who are serious about earning a little extra cash all year round from wrapper factory products will bother to register. In the past there was no charge or catalogue, however the amount of time wasters registering for dropshipping became far too time wasting and consuming, this then made it harder for us to work efficiently with genuine dropshippers.   • What Happens After I Register? One you have completed the registration process we will then send you a special re-seller/dropship code by both email to allow you to begin ordering right away, and via a welcome letter in the post along with a copy of your code and guidance on how to use it. Using the code, you will be able to do two things:
      • 1/The code will allow you to obtain special re-seller discount on all products ordered from our site including items in the wholesale section.
      • 2/ You will be able access the dropship section where you will find access to our catalogue downloads and sample packs. (these are not available to anyone else) you can then start taking orders from your customers, when you receive an order, you simple purchase the products you require from our online trade store, then during checkout, you will be given the opportunity to enter your unique re-seller/dropship code which will then activate the re-seller discount and subtract it from the total of your order before you complete the checkout. We then verify your code, process your order and dispatch within 7 working days, Once you receive your order, you pass the product onto your customer, and enjoy the profit you have made.
  • How much will I have to pay for the products? The unique code you receive will allow you to receive an additional 12% discount Off our already trade prices. please be aware that we are trade suppliers and manufacturers so we can guarantee any price charged for re-sellers products will be below our standard trade and wholesale prices for personalised, and non personalised products found elswhere on our site, this guarantees to a certain extent that you can sell your products to your customers at a very reasonable price whilst still leaving enough room for you to earn a substantial profit.
