entered into your shopping cart to activate the re-seller discount, this
code is specifically personal to you, and you alone, when you order using
the code, the code is checked against your registration before order processing
to ensure that the order genuinly came from you. You will also receive
a CD of images which are suitable for web use, the images can be used
to display the products for sale on your web site or auction listings
etc, but must be accompanied by the official distributor logo which also
determines that you are entitled to use the images for the purpose of
re-selling and promoting wrapper factory products, over the last couple
of years the wrapper factory brand has become a trusted brand and the
display of the distributor badge may help in assuring your customers that

- Where can
I Market/Sell the Chocolates? You can sell the chocolates wherever
you wish, On Ebay, Amazon, Ebid or any other auction site, On your own
Website, at Craft and Wedding Fairs, Your Own Online or Offline Shop,
Home Chocolate Parties, Friends, Neighbours and Work Colleagues etc. there
is no limits on where you can Market and Sell the products. For example,
many of our current re-sellers market the products as effective fundraisers
for schools, day nurseries and charities where orders are generally quite
large, and generate a substantial profit margin.
- How much
Profit Can I Make? This is one of the most asked questions, the
answers is simple, it is entirely upto you how much profit you make but
here is a small example. If you sell your customer 50 Personalised Mint
Chocolate Neapolitans at £15. (Plus approx £2.00 postage costs
if selling on your website or ebay etc) You order the customers personalised
chocolates from the wholesale section at below standard trade prices,
( Our standard postage charges apply for all dispatched orders to the
UK and Ireland) We produce the order and dispatch directly to you, and
you keep any profit you make from selling the product to your customer.
Lets re-cap on the
profit of the above scenario. You sell for £15 plus postage of £2.00,
You order from our site using your unique code at a reduced trade price.
Your total income is around £17 and your total outlay is around £10
Leaving you a profit of approx £7 + Just for taking, placing and
delivering your customers order.
Of course, you can
charge your customer as much as you wish for your personalised chocolates,
some of our dropshippers are charging upto £20 + per 50 personalised
chocolates netting themselves a profit in excess of £10 per order.
Using the above example, if you sold one lot of 50 chocolates per day for
7 days you could receive a total cash profit income of £49 + per
week, simply for taking, placing and delivering an order. Many of our clients
are wedding planners and co-ordinators, corporate clients and exhibition
organisers, in these cases, a single order is usually in excess of 150
to 200 neapolitan chocolates per order, so this reaps you a benefit of
around £25 or more profit per order, You can of course charge more
for your chocolates if you wish, we do not place any restriction of price
that you should charge your customers, if you wish to charge £20
for a pack of 50 personalised chocolates, (which for personalised chocolates
is still cheap and a fare price for your customer) then you can do so,
the more you charge the more profit you make.
- Is there
a limit on the amount of orders I can place in any single period?
No, you can place as many orders as you wish for as little or as much
quantity as you wish, however our minimum order for personalised neapolitans
is 50 personalised chocolates, 25grm, 50grm and 100grm bars are also only
available in minimum quantities (1 box) per order designs cannot
be mixed and each box must be of the same design per order. ie: one box
of 50grm bars (20 bars) must all be of the same design
- Is the order
sent direct to myself or to my customer? We send your customers
order direct to you by default, you then send/distribute the order to
the customer concerned, in fact this is a great way to work because it
allows you to add your own receipt or invoice and promotional material
to the order, even place your own advertising leaflets and flyers or business
card in with the order before you pass it to your customer. We can by
special request send your customers order direct to your customer, however
the customer will know that the order has come from us by the label on
the main outer box.
- Will the
customer know that the product did not come direct from me? We
provide all our products in packaging with a main label which contains
the essential details required by law, such as ingredients, use by dates,
Contact details etc, each individual product we supply also includes that
information, this is required by law. We place your business name or phone
number or web address onto actual products on all orders you place, so
on the face of it, your customers and potential customers can see that
the product came direct from you. You may remove the product from its
main Outer packaging and re-pack into your own packaging (but not from
any main inner packaging) All outer packaging of our products
contain wrapper factory branded labels, but any inner packaging
is left plane for you to add your own label, the products are supplied
with ingredients and use by dates by law and these details are provided
on each individual product wrapping. So to re-cap on this subject. Actual
individual products supplied to registered re-sellers, will carry the
re-sellers business details but the main outer packaging will contain
wrapper factory details which is required by law. There are no exceptions
to this rule, if you dont want your customer to know where the order originated
from then you are advised to have your orders sent direct to yourself
so that any main outer box can be removed prior to re-distributing the
item to your customer.
- How do I
have the order delivered direct to my customer? When you purchase
your order, your order will come through to us labelled as re-seller (not
applicable to standard re-sellers) along with your re-seller code, you
simply request that the order is sent direct to your customer by providing
your customers name and address in the additional delivery address box
before checkout. If no address is supplied in the notes box we will always
dispatch the order to the verified registered address (your address) for
you to re-distribute to your customer. Please be aware that having
product sent direct to your customer does not involve any additional charges
but the customer will know from the main outer packaging, that the product
came from the Wrapper Factory.
- How long
will it take for me to receive my order?. For
personalised products you need to allow a minimum of 7 days for production
and dispatch of your order, (often we are quicker) We also have a dedicated
team working on re-seller orders so you can be assured that orders receieved
from re-sellers are given priority over any other orders and so we generally
try to dispatch re-seller orders as fast as possible, however as with
all orders, dispatch may be determined by stock levels, efficiency of
postal and courier services etc. All these things should be some thing
that you bear in mind. If in doubt, talk to us first.

check that you are a genuine trader or intended trader. The registration

full colour design catalogue so you are able to print as many copies as
you wish in order to show your customers the designs which are available
for our products, you will also receive our image marketing CD Rom which
allows you to use images for your website or auction listings, brochures
and leaflets etc along with a copy of the Wrapper Factory Distributor
Logo (this must be used on all advertising of our products where our images
are used and without exception).

do I have to Register and Pay a Fee? The fee helps us to eliminate
time wasters, and covers the cost of the CDROM and postage, and for the
administration and setting up of your additional discount code. we know
then, that only those who are serious about earning a little extra cash
all year round from wrapper factory products will bother to register.
In the past there was no charge, CD or catalogue, however the amount of
time wasters registering became far too time wasting and consuming, this
then made it harder for us to work efficiently with those who were genuine
re-sellers. Since the introduction of the fee, catalogue and samples,
along with trade checking, we only generally get genuine Wedding Planners
and Re-sellers registering for the service, which is where our target
lay's. This in turn allows us to work efficiently and professionally with

After I Register? One you have completed the registration process
we will then send you a special re-seller code by both email to allow
you to begin ordering right away, and via a welcome letter in the post
along with a copy of your code and guidance on how to use it. You will
also receive a CDROm of product design images, in addition to this you
will also be able to use your code to gain access to the regsitered resellers
members area where you can begin to download free catalogue designs and
order sample packs if you wish.

you will be able to do two things:
